Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website available at https://skycrownbet-au.com (the "Website") and the services offered through it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede any previous version applicable to Sky Crown in connection with skycrownbet-au.com.

  • "Payment Processor" means Libergos Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus with registration number HE 371971 and office at Boumpoulinas, 1 - 3, BOUBOULINA BUILDING, Flat/Office 42, 1060, Nicosia, Cyprus, acting as merchant of record and/or payment processing partner for certain transactions.
  • "User" or "you" means any natural person who accesses the Website, creates an account, places wagers, or otherwise uses any service provided via the Website.
  • "Player" means a User who has successfully registered an account and is permitted by the Operator to place Bets and use real-money or bonus funds within the Website.
  • "Account" means the personal, non-transferable user account registered by a Player on the Website.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

User Obligations

  • Account security: You are solely responsible for:

    • immediately notifying the Operator of any suspected unauthorised use.
    Any activity conducted through your Account, with correct credentials, will be deemed to have been performed by you.
  • One account policy: You may not create or maintain more than one Account on the Website. Duplicate or linked Accounts may be closed, and associated Bonuses and winnings voided, at the Operator's discretion.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets

  • Offer and acceptance: A Bet is accepted only when it has been registered by the Operator's servers and appears in your Account transaction history. Displayed odds, game results, or balance amounts are indicative only until confirmed by server-side records.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or product may specify its own minimum and maximum Bet limits. You are responsible for checking these limits before placing any Bet. The Operator may, without prior notice, adjust limits for individual Players or games.
  • Funding requirement: Bets may only be placed from your available Real-money Balance or, where permitted, from your Bonus Balance. If your balance is insufficient, the Bet will not be accepted.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

Bonus Terms

Activation and Eligibility

  • Offer-specific terms: Each Bonus or promotion available via the Website, including offers referenced by Sky Crown, is subject to its own specific terms published on the promotions page. In case of conflict, the offer-specific terms prevail over these general Bonus Terms.
  • Activation requirements: To receive a Bonus, you may be required to:

  • Account status: Bonuses are only available to:
    • verified Players with an active Account in good standing;

  • Bonus abuse: The following, without limitation, may constitute Bonus abuse:

    • you acknowledge the volatility and inherent risks of crypto assets;

    • the Operator is not responsible for loss due to blockchain congestion, fork events, or network failures beyond its control.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

Exclusions of Liability

Maximum Liability

  • Cap on damages: Subject to any non-excludable statutory rights under applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Website or these Terms shall not exceed:
    • the lesser of (i) the amount of the Bet or transaction giving rise to the claim; and (ii) the amount of real-money funds actually lost by you on the Website over the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including certain rights under Australian Consumer Law, to the extent that such law is applicable notwithstanding the chosen governing law.

Effect of Termination

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

Dispute Resolution
